Depend 7 Day - force of nature bottle shots

Inte länge sedan jag visade den otroligt fina HOLO Fantasy kollektionen från Depend O2 och nu trillade nya Depend 7 Day höstkollektion force of nature ner i lådan.

Åtta stycken lack med olika finish som kommer att finnas i butik från v.35 och kommer kosta 39 kronor styck.

It's not long ago that I showed you the bottleshots of the amazing HOLO Fantasy collection from Depend O2 and just the other day another great collection landed in my mailbox. This time the force of nature collection from Depend 7 Day.

There are 8 polishes with different finishes in the collection and it will be available from week 35. The price is 39 SEK a bottle. 

OPI - Yank My Doodle

Jag är inte överförtjust i bruna nyanser på lack och köper sällan dessa själv. Därför är det rätt kul när man i pressutskick får dom där färgerna som man normalt inte skulle testat. Ibland hittar man nya favoriter och ibland inser man att nä, det var som jag trodde jag gillar inte det här.

När det gäller OPI Yank My Doodle från nya Washington DC kollektionen blev jag positivt överraskad. Den här är mer åt det rödaktiga hållet än åt det bruna. Dessutom är lacket riktigt bra att måla med. Täcker på två lager och torkar fort. På bilderna har jag som vanligt topplack på.

Ja, som sagt det här blev ju bra. Tycker det här är ett riktigt klädsamt lack och absolut perfekt i en höstkollektion. Nästan så jag börjar längta lite till hösten och alla vackra färger faktiskt.

Washington DC kollektionen finns ute i butiker om ni är sugna och det tycker jag ni ska vara.

Press Sample

I'm not fond of brown shades on polishes and rarely buy them myself. Therefore, it's quite nice when you get press samples with the colors that you would not normally test. Sometimes you'll find new favorites and sometimes you realize that no, it was as I thought I don't like it this.

Regarding OPI Yank My Doodle from the new Washington DC collection, I was pleasantly surprised. This is more of the reddish side than the brown. In addition, the polish is really good to paint with. It covers in two coats and dries quickly. In the pictures I have as usual topcoat on.

Yes, as I said this was a good surprise. I think this is a really tastefully polish and absolutely perfect in a fall collection. I actually think I start to long a bit for the autumn, maybe not the weather, but all the wonderful colors.

The Washington DC collection is available in stores right now if you are hungry for any of these polishes and I think you should be.

Golden Oldie Challenge - Multichrome

Det här är faktiskt näst sista veckan i den här utmaningen om jag nu inte bestämmer mig för att utöka ytterligare förstås. Denna veckan är det multichrome som gäller och jag tänker visa det lacket som jag tror var mitt allra första i kategorin.

Orly Royal Velvet. Jag kommer fortfarande ihåg hur fint jag tyckte det var första gången, men även hur skirt det var och hur svårt det var att fota.

Det har nog tjocknat till sig lite under åren, men tre lager behövs för täckning. Inget helt ovanligt gällande multichroma lack så det är inte något konstigt i sig. Torktiden var bra och på bilderna har jag topplack på.

Det här skiftar mellan lila och blått och har ganska tydliga skiftningar. Nu finns det massor av liknande lack, men det här kom ut 2011 och då var det desto mindre vanligt. Och även om det inte längre är unikt så gillar jag det skarpt.

We only have two weeks left of this challenge if I don't decide to extend it further, of course. This week it's multi-chrome that is our theme and I intend to show you the polish that I think was my very first in this category.

Orly Royal Velvet. I still remember how cool I thought it was the first time I used it, but also how sheer it was and how difficult it was to take pictures of.

It has gone a bit more thick since I used it the last time. I know I needed at least four coats then but only three now. Nothing unusual for a multichrome polish so it's not something strange in itself. The drying time was good and in the pictures I have topcoat on.

This is shifting between purple and blue and has fairly clear shifts. There are lots of similar color on the market now, but this came out in 2011 and then it was much less common. And even if it's no longer unique, I still like it a lot.

Depend O2 - 5037 Forbidden Witchcraft

Jag hade verkligen svårt att hålla fingrarna från de nya hololacken som dök upp häromdagen från Depend och idag visar jag det första av åtta lack.

Först ut blev 5037 Forbidden Witchcraft ur HOLO Fantasy kollektionen som släpps v.39. Jag kunde inte välja så det fick bli sonen som plockade upp ett av lacken ur lådan och då blev det 5037.

Färgen är något lite mörkare orange en något bränd ton som ändå påminner om apelsinkarameller tycker jag. Formulan på det här var fantastiskt och två lager räcker. Jag har topplack över på bilderna.

Om resten av lacken har lika bra formula och är lika vackra som det här tror jag att det kommer bli precis som när Depend släppte sin förra holokollektion 2012. Den gången nästan vallfärdade folk till butikerna och det var ett riv utan dess like efter lacken.

Jag vill nog också säga att jag tycker nästan holoeffekten är något starkare i verkligheten än på mina bilder, men det är inte superregnbågar. Dock gör det inte mig någonting, men jag vill absolut påpeka detta.

I had a really difficult time to keep your fingers from the new holopolishes from Depend that showed up the other day, so today I show the first of eight polishes.

First up is 5037 Forbidden Witchcraft from the HOLO Fantasy collection that wil be released week 39. I could not choose which one to start with so my son picked one up from the box and that was 5037.

The color is a slightly darker orange a bit burned tone that still reminds me of candies with orange flavour. The formula of this was fantastic and two layers is enough. I have  topcoat on in the pictures.

If the rest of these polishes is as good in the formula and as beautiful as this, I think we will have a situation similar to the one in 2012 when Depend released their last holo collection. At that time people ran to the stores to get these and some went a bit crazy to get them all. 

I would probably also say that I think that the holo effect is slightly stronger in reality than in my pictures, but there are no super rainbows. However that doesn't bother me at all, but I do want to point it out for you.

Nail Art Sunday!

Kommer ni ihåg Nail Art Sunday? Ett kärt inlägg varje söndag som finaste Angelica på bloggen lelack höll i. Tyvärr så bestämde sig Angelica för att lägga ner sin blogg. Jag och fler med mig har saknat det här inlägget.

Så jag tog kontakt med Angelica och frågade om det var ok att ta upp hennes skötebarn igen och det var det. Tack söta du för att du ger mig förtroendet att hålla i det här!

Så det här är alltså första söndagen med nyöppning av temat Nail Art Sunday. Denna veckan har vi inte något speciellt tema, men eftersom jag även är med i andra nail art grupper bestämde jag mig för att väva ihop de här två och har gjort en Neon manikyr.

Nä, den blev inte riktigt som jag tänkt mig, men så är det ju ibland och så tokigt blev det ju inte så jag väljer att visa den i alla fall.

Do you remember Nail Art Sunday? A cherished theme that used to run every Sunday that Angelica on the blog lelack held. Unfortunately, she decided to stop blogging and me and many others here in Sweden have missed this theme day.

So I got in touch with Angelica and asked if it was ok to bring her baby back and it was. Thank you sweetheart for letting me take care of this.

So this is then,the first Sunday with the reopening of the theme Nail Art Sunday. This week, we have no specific theme, but because I am also in other nail art groups, I decided to weave together these two and have made a neon manicure.

Nah, it didn't turn out quite the way I had imagined it. But it didn't turn out that bad so I choose to show it anyway.
