Colores De Carol - Orchid Fairy Gumdrop

Ännu en dag där man går och väntar och väntar på att få tentaresultat, men inget dyker upp. Börjar bli jobbigt det här. Varit ute på en ganska kall promenad i skogen där jag fick sällskap av en liten tofsmes. Man får inte heller glömma att det idag är chokladbollens dag, en av mina favoriter när det kommer till fika.

Jag kom inte på förrän jag stod och fotade det här lacket att det jag nyss tog bort också var ett lila lack, jag brukar försöka variera lite, men inte den här gången. Colores De Carol är ett märke som jag inte varit i jättemycket kontakt med, men är rätt nyfiken på. Just det här lacket fick jag i en Indiebox med nedräkning till jul. Lacket är ljust lila med både holo och en del shredded glitter i. Riktigt bra att jobba med och två lager räcker fint.

Återigen ett ganska ljust lack, men holot gör att det är lite mer stuns i det här än i Zoya Zara och det här faller nog mig mer i smaken faktiskt.

Another day where I have been waiting for the results from the last exam we did, but nothing shows up. Is starting to get a bit annoying. Been out on a pretty cold walk in the woods where I was joined by a small crestet tit. You must also not forget that today is the day of the chocolate ball, one of my favorites when it comes to sweets.

I did not think of until I stood and photographed this polish that what I just removed was also a purple polish, I usually try to vary a bit, but not this time. Colores De Carol is a brand that I have not been in very much contact with, but am quite curious about. This particular polish I got in an Indie box with countdown to Christmas. The polish is light purple with both holo and some shredded glitter in. Really good to work with and two layers are enough.

Again a pretty light purple, but the holo gives it a little more edge than it is in Zoya Zara and this probably suits my taste more actually.

Reader's Choice - Zoya Zara

Lördag och härligt väder, har varit ute på förmiddagen och fotograferat lite. Annars lugn helg utan något särskilt planerat, går ju liksom inte att planera så mycket just nu.

Denna veckan är det Zoya Zara som är ert val av lack. Ett ljungrosa lack med massor av guldskimmer i. Tre lager och topplack är vad ni ser på bilderna.

Det här är verkligen superfint måste jag säga. Ett sånt där lack som man känner sig bekväm i på något sätt. Färgen passar perfekt nu på våren, men skulle lika gärna funka på hösten tycker jag.

Det blir China Glaze som ni får välja bland denna gången.

Saturday and nice weather, been out in the morning and photographed a little. Otherwise, quiet weekend without something special planned, planning anything isn't that easy right now.

This week Zoya Zara is your choice of polish. A heather pink with lots of gold shimmer in. Three layers and top coat is what you see in the pictures.

This is really super nice I have to say. Such a polish that you feel comfortable in. The color fits perfectly now in the spring, but would be just as nice in the fall.

It will be China Glaze that you can choose from this time.

Depend - 544

Pressutskick

Vad gör jag hela dagarna egentligen? Ja, det undrar faktiskt jag också lite. Skulle ju kunna ägna mig åt att städa och fixa, men jag mest fotograferar, promenerar och spelar The Sims. Tänker att det här får bli en ofrivillig semesterperiod istället för den som inte kommer att hända i sommar.

Veckans Pantone färg är tanager turquoise en färg som jag nog egentligen tycker drar mer åt aqua än åt turkost. När jag hittade Depend 544 från en kollektion som heter Studio 54 så tänkte jag  att den här kan nog funka. Nej, det gör det nog egentligen inte, men det här var nog ändå det närmaste jag kunde komma bland mina otestade. Det här är ett ljusgrönt lack som går mot turkost. Skulle nog vilja säga att det är åt foilhållet i finish. Massor av guldskimmer i alla fall. Tre lager behövdes, men det var superbra att jobba med så inga problem där.

Det här är ju en helt fantastisk färg och jag kan inte förstå att jag missat det här lacket bland Depend utskicken. Även om det inte matchar utmaningen direkt så matchar det i alla fall mina behov av ett snyggt lack på naglarna.

What do I really do all day? I actually wonder a little. Would be able to devote myself to cleaning and fixing, but I mostly photograph, walk and play The Sims. Think this will be an involuntary vacation period instead of the one that will not happen this summer.

This week's Pantone color is tanager turquoise a color that I think really attracts more aqua than turquoise. When I found Depend 544 from a collection called Studio 54, I thought this one might work. No, it probably doesn't, but this was the closest I could get from my untested. This is a light green polish that goes against turquoise. Would probably say it is a foil finish. Lots of gold shimmer anyway. Three layers were needed, but it was great to work with so no problems there.

This is an absolutely amazing color and I can not understand that I missed this among the Depend collections. Although it does not match the challenge directly, it does at least match my needs for a fantastic polish on the nails.

Reader's Choice - Shimmer Polish Liana

Ännu en helg har passerat, hunnit vara ute på promenader, slöat i soffan och fixat med min lackförsäljning. Måste minska ner samlingen lite grann. Vädret har väl varit minst sagt omväxlande med både regn, blåst och strålande solsken.

Det är återigen dags för läsarnas val, ett litet inslag som jag har älskat att ha med på bloggen, dock är jag lite osäker på om jag kommer att fortsätta med just detta efter jag har börjat jobba. Bloggandet kommer bli mycket mer sporadiskt och de få gånger jag kan bära lack kanske jag vill ha något jag själv bestämt, men vi får se. Denna vecka är det i alla fall Shimmer Polish Liana ett glitterlack med klar bas och glitter i mest blått, silver och svart, men även lite prismatiskt. Jag tycker inte den här typen av lack gör sig på egen hand utan valde att lägga Liana över ett svart krämlack. Endast ett lager är vad jag har på bilderna. Det räcker faktiskt. Topplack är nödvändigt för att inte ytan ska vara ojämn och för att verkligen få fram glittret i det här lacket.

Det här är väldigt glittrigt vill jag lova. Ändå inte så att man tycker att det blir för mycket. Faktiskt väldigt trevligt även om jag nog har kommit ifrån den här typen av lack lite grann.

Another weekend has passed, managed to be out on walks, slept on the couch and managed my polish sales. Must reduce the collection a little bit. The weather has, to say the least, been alternating with both rain, wind and glorious sunshine.

It is again time for the readers' choice, a small element that I have loved to include on the blog, however, I am a little uncertain whether I will continue with this just after I have started working. Blogging will be much more sporadic and the few times I can wear polish I may want something I decided on myself, but we'll see. This week's polish is Shimmer Polish Liana that is a glitter polish with clear base and glitter in mostly blue, silver and black, but also a little prismatic. I do not think this type of polish looks great on it's own so I chose to put Liana over a black cream instead. Only one layer is what I have in the pictures. It is actually enough. Topcoat is necessary so that the surface is not rough and to really bring out the glitter in this.

This is very glittery I want to promise. Yet not so much that you think it will be too much. Actually very nice although I have probably moved forward from this kind of polish a bit. I prefer less glitter nowadays.

Essie - Rock My World

Pressutskick

Idag är det Valborgsmässoafton, blir inget firande eftersom det dels är eldningsförbud, förbud mot folksamlingar och som sagt icke symtomfritt. Dessutom är det inget vidare väder där ute. Finns säkert något man kan sova gott till på tv:n ikväll.

Fick lite feeling och bytte faktiskt lack idag igen. Dels hade jag råkat få en skada på gårdagens när jag lagade mat och jag bara kände för det. Jag tror jag fick det här lacket i höstas någon gång, men det passar verkligen året om. Lacket är Essie Rock My World, ett klassiskt silvrigt holo. Lite holosjukt, men det funkar jättebra om man tar lite tjockare lager. Jag har två lager och topplack på bilderna.

Finns väl egentligen inte så mycket att säga om det här lacket. Det är snyggt, klassiskt och stilrent.

Today it is Walpurgis night, will not be celebrated because it is partly a ban on lighting fires because of it's so dry on the ground, you are not allowed to gather a lot of people and as I said not symptom-free. Besides, there is not that fun weather outside. Surely there is something you can sleep sweet while watching on TV tonight.

Got some feeling and actually changed polish today again. I had managed to get a chip on one of the nails when I was cooking and I just felt like changing. I think I got this polish last fall at some point, but it really fits all year. The polish is Essie Rock My World, a classic silvery holo. A little holo-sick, but it works great if you take a little thicker layers. I have two layers and top coat on the pictures.

Well there is really not much to say about this polish. It is neat, classic and stylish.
