Christmas Trees

Dagen före julafton! Barnen är hemma, granen är klädd, bara lite matfixning och julklappsinslagning kvar sen kan julen komma. Känns skönt att man inte behöver superstressa. Om jag har tur kanske äntligen min 12 days of Christmas julkalender dyker upp hos min paketutlämning idag. Tack Postnord för "fantastisk" service....

Jag kunde ju inte låta bli att göra lite nail art över Ms Sparkle fuse. Jag började med att stämpla en sirlig julgran, men tyckte att den syntes för lite så jag fyllde i med grön färg, stämplade en stjärna på toppen och ritade på frihand dit lite glitter.

Lite naivistiska, moderna granar, men ganska kul tycker jag nog.

The day before Christmas Eve! The children are at home, the Christmas tree is decorated, just a little food that needs to be cooked and Christmas gift wrapping left then Christmas can come. Feels nice not to feel super stressed. If I'm lucky, maybe my 12 days of Christmas calendar will show up at my package delivery today. Thank you Postnord for "fantastic" service ....

I couldn't help but to do some nail art over Ms. Sparkle Fuse. I started by stamping a neat Christmas tree, but thought it didn't show well enough so I filled in with green color, stamped a star on top and drew a little glitter freehanded.

A little naivistic, modern fir, but quite fun I think.

Reader's Choice - Ms Sparkle Fuse

Skinkan är i ugnen, tomtarna är framme, ska ta in granen om en stund. Allt känns riktigt bra. Vi ska på lite glöggmingel med grannarna i eftermiddag och ikväll kommer yngste sonen hem. Sen är familjen samlad och julen kan börja på riktigt.

På naglarna sitter veckans läsarnas val som är Ms Sparkle Fuse ett lack som inte är riktigt tomterött, men ganska nära. Fint holo. Lätt att jobba med och två lager räcker + topplack.

Det här är ett riktigt härligt rött lack som jag funderar på om man ändå inte skulle ta och fixa till lite julpynt över.

Det är ju faktiskt lite kvar av december så en röd omgång hinner vi med till.

The ham is in the oven, the decorations are up, will take in the Christmas tree a bit later today. Everything feels really good. We are going to a little gathering with the neighbors this afternoon and tonight the youngest son comes home. Then the family is gathered and Christmas can start for real.

On the nails sits the readers' choice of the week, which is Ms Sparkle Fuse a polish that is not really Christmas red, but rather close. A very pretty holo. Easy to work with and two layers are enough + topcoat.

This is a really lovely red polish that I am wondering I shouldn't put som some Christmas decorations over.

It is actually a bit left of December so we can have another red round.

Snowflakes!

Nu har jag jullov! Dagen har spenderats med att plocka undan och städa för att kunna pynta och göra fint här hemma. Tagit det lugnt och bara njutit av att inte behöva stressa eller åka iväg. Nu sitter jag här och väntar på att få åka och hämta äldste sonen vid tåget. Ska åka förbi min mamma och hämta lite grejer som vi ska ha på julafton också. Trots tråkigt väder börjar det ändå kännas lite som jul. Fick för övrigt en fantastiskt fin överraskning innan. Mitt i badrumsstädandet ringer det på dörren och där står ett blomsterbud med blommor paket från Depend. Snacka om att ta väl hand om sina bloggare.

På tal om Depend så är det Depend O2 535 som jag har som bas till dagens manikyr. Ville ju ha lite jultouch på naglarna igår på avslutningen så det fick bli lite snöflingor från MoYou London Festive 02 stämplade med Hit the Bottle Holo There Beautiful!. Satte dit lite extra snö med en dottingtool också.

Det här tycker jag blev riktigt fint.

It's Christmas holidays for me! The day has been spent cleaning the house so that we can decorate and make it cozy here at home. Been taking it very slow and just enjoyed not having to stress or go away. Now I'm sitting here waiting to go and pick up the eldest son by the train. Will go by my mom and pick up some stuff we should have on Christmas Eve too. Despite boring weather, it still starts to feel a bit like Christmas. Incidentally got a fantastic nice surprise before. In the middle of the bathroom cleaning, there is a ring on the door bell and there is a flower delivery with flowers and a package from Depend. Talk about taking good care of their bloggers.

Speaking of Depend, it is Depend O2 535 that I have as a base for today's manicure. Wanted to have some Christmas feeling on the nails yesterday, the last day in school so I decided to put some snowflakes from MoYou London Festive 02 stamped with Hit the Bottle Holo There Beautiful! on top. Added some extra snow with a dotting tool too.

I think this turned out really nice.

Christmas Glitter Gradient

Jag blev tillfrågad om jag ville vara med i en födelsedagskollaboration för en talangfull tjej på Instagram  @dreamymm temat skulle vara glitter och jag bestämde mig för att göra en glittrig julaktig gradient.

Basen är China Glaze Cranberry Splash och guld glittret är Cirque Ica Valley. Det blev kanske lite tjockt med glitter, men det är ändå så fint med den här typen av enkla nail art.

I was asked if I wanted to join a birthday collaboration for a talented girl on Instagram @dreamymm the theme would be glitter and I decided to make a glittery Christmas gradient.

The base is China Glaze Cranberry Splash and the gold glitter is Cirque Ica Valley. It may have gotten a little thick with glitter, but it is still so nice with this kind of simple nail art.

Depend O2 535

Då var det bara en enda dag kvar i skolan innan det blir lite ledighet. Vi ägnar oss åt handledarutbildning, vilket känns lite skumt. Vi ska lära oss att bli handledare innan vi ens har kommit ut i yrkeslivet, men visst kursen är helt ok.

Denna veckas Pantone färg är Galaxy Blue och jag tycker att jag lyckats mycket bättre än förra veckan med att matcha färgen. Galaxy Blue känns ungefär som Royal Blue i mina ögon. Jag letade igenom mina otestade Depend lack och hittade Depend O2 535 från en kollektion som hette Dark Beauty och släpptes 2017. Det bra med det här lacket är att det nu tillhör baskollektionen från Depend och alltså går att få tag på. Du kan absolut få det här att täcka på ett lager, jag har dock som vanligt två + topplack.

Den här färgen är faktiskt helt ljuvlig, inte så julig kanske, men underbart vacker och en bra bas till nail art så klart.

Then there was only one day left at school before a little time off. We devote ourselves to supervisor training, which feels a bit weird. We will learn how to become a supervisor before we even get into professional life, but certainly the course is perfectly ok.

This week's Pantone color is Galaxy Blue and I think I managed much better than last week with the  matching of the color. Galaxy Blue feels a bit like Royal Blue in my eyes. I looked through my untested Depend polishes and found Depend O2 535 from a collection called Dark Beauty that was released in 2017. The good thing about this polish is that it now belongs to the basic collection from Depend and thus can be obtained. You can definitely get this covered in one layer, but as usual I have two + top coat.

This color is definitly quite lovely, not so Christmasy maybe, but wonderfully beautiful and a good base for nail art.
