Glad Påsk på er allihopa! Idag är det långfredagen och jag sitter och väntar på att våra vänner ska dyka upp för grillning av korv ute i skogen. Något som blivit en tradition och det finns ju ingen gång korv smakar så gott som när man grillar den över glöd ute i naturen.

Idag får ni se något ni sällan ser här på bloggen och det är Hannas förtjänst. För häromdagen dök det upp en ny kollektion ifrån CND, med deras nya logga på flaskorna dessutom. Kollektionen heter Chick Shock och består av fyra pastell färger. Hanna hon hade testat att göra watermarble med de här och det funkade utmärkt och plötsligt blev jag sjukt sugen att testa detta igen. Det är länge sedan, för helt ärligt har det inte gått så bra när jag provat och jag har tyckt det blivit sjukt kladdigt. Men så behöver det ju faktiskt inte vara, för nu har jag flytande latex och med de runt hela fingret så slapp man ju allt kladd.

De här lacken spred ut sig som en dröm och för en gång skull lyckades jag göra ett fint mönster också. Kort sagt suveräna lack att jobba med och jag är så sjukt nöjd. Nu hade jag lite tidsbrist så det fick bli en accentnagel och de övriga pryds av CND Vinylux Gummi som är ett pastell lila krämlack som täckte på ett lager. Så den här manikyren är för mig en riktig höjdare. Ni lär få se mer watermarble från mig.

Happy Easter to you all! Today is good Friday and I am waiting for our friends to show up. We will go out in the forest and have a barbeque out there. This has become a tradition and there is no time sausage tastes as good as when grilling it over glow in the nature.

Today you'll see something you rarely see here on the blog and I have to give Hanna some credit for that. The other day I got the new Chick Shock collection from CND in my mail, with new logos and everything. This collection consists of four pastel colors. Hanna published a photo of a gorgeous watermarble that she did with these polishes. She said they worked great for that and suddenly I was very eager to try this again. It's been a long time since the last time, honestly, I'm not very good at marbling and I also have found it to be so messy. But it doesn't really have to be, because now I have liquid latex, and with that around the fingers, no more mess. 

The polishes spread out like a dream and for once, I managed to make a nice pattern as well. In short, superb polishes to work with and I am so so satisfied. I was not having that much time over when I did this so I stopped at an accent nail and the others were adorned by CND Vinylux Gummi a nice purple pastel creme that is a onecoater. So this manicure is a winner for me. I think you'll get to see more watermarble from me in the future. 

Delush Polish - Hello... Is It Tea You're Looking For

Är lite ledsen just nu.. Halkade när jag skulle gå till bilen i morse och vred ju givetvis till mitt onda knä. Det verkar som tur var ha gått ganska bra, men jag har faktiskt inte ork för mer elända med det där knät nu. Något som jag däremot är väldigt nöjd med är gårdagens muntliga förhör. Det gick alldeles utmärkt och min lärare sa att jag pratade bra engelska.

Jag har hittat ytterligare en utmaning på Instagram som såg rolig ut. Den här gången gäller det att hitta färger som är så nära olika av Pantones årets färg som möjligt. Denna veckan är färgen Nile green och när jag tittade på inspirationsbilden på min mobil tyckte jag att Delush Polish Hello.. Is It Tea You're Looking For var perfekt, men sen när jag kollade på datorn insåg jag att det kanske skulle varit lite mer grönt, nåja det här är nära och får duga i alla fall. Det här mint grönt med ett diskret men mycket vackert rosa skimmer. Mycket trevlig formula som täcker på två lager. På bilderna har jag topplack över också.

Jag längtar så vansinnigt efter vår just nu och det här lacket är så perfekt för våren. Jag tycker mycket om det här och det är ju inte omöjligt att det åker på igen när solen väl tittar fram.

I'm a bit sad at the moment .. This morning going to my car I slipped on a spot of ice and hurted my knee again. It doesn't seem so bad so lets hope it's anything serious, but I'm sick and tired of having problem with that knee know. However, something that I am very pleased with is yesterday's vocally hearing. It went very well and my teacher said I spoke good English.

I have found another challenge on Instagram that I thought sounded fun. This time it's time to find colors that are as close to one of the Pantones color of the year as possible. This week the color is Nile green and when I watched the inspiration image on my cellphone, I thought Delush Polish Hello .. Is It Tea You're Looking For was perfect, but later watching the same image on my computor, I realized that maybe it should have been more green, well this will have to do. This mint green has a discreet but very beautiful pink shimmer. Very nice formula that covers in two layers. In the pictures I have topcoat over as well.

I am longing for spring so badly right now and this polish is so perfect for spring. I like this a lot and it is not impossible that will pick up this bottle again as soon as the sun shows up here.

Review of Born Pretty Store Gradient Glass File

Alltså hur jäkla envis får man vara egentligen! Jag spenderade större delen av kvällen till att få till lite bättre och snyggare delaknappar här på bloggen. Givetvis strulade det och jag var sur som katten, men skam den som ger sig. Idag får ni hålla tummarna för mig för jag ska ha ett muntligt föredrag via telefon med min lärare. Japp, jag är nervös. Det är så svårt att öva på sånt.

Idag blir det ett lite annorlunda inlägg för det hör inte till vanligheterna att jag recenserar nagelfilar. Jag använder i princip endast glasfilar och min favorit är en som jag köpte när Edgy Polish fanns. När jag fick möjlighet att testa en liknande från Born Pretty Store tänkte jag att det kanske skulle kunna vara ett bra alternativ. För om mina EP filar går sönder blir det svårt att köpa nya.

Jag tillhör de där som tyvärr inte orkar fila ner hela naglar utan jag klipper oftast och så filar jag till kanterna sen. Mitt första möte med den här glasfilen var efter att ha klippt ner naglarna och allra först blev jag inte alls nöjd. Det kändes som att ytan var lite stum på något sätt. För grov men ändå som att det inte tog så bra. Dock tänkte jag att jag måste ge den några mer chanser och faktum är att när man använt den lite så är det en riktigt bra yta som tar lagom mycket på nageln. Så sammanfattningsvis kan jag nog säga att det är en helt ok fil, men inte en favorit. Filen hittar ni här.

I am so incredible stubborn sometimes and last night was one of those times. I spent most of the evening trying to get better and nicer looking share buttons to the blog. Of course, it didn't go the way I wanted it to. I'm not god on html coding and I was angry like a tigert, but there was no way I would give up before I had the buttons where I wanted them. Please give me some extra thoughts today because I have an oral presentation by phone with my english teacher. Yep, I'm nervous. It's so hard to practice for this kind of things. 

Today, you get a little bit different kind of post because it's not often that I review nail files. I basically use only glass files and my favorite is one that I bought when Edgy Polish still was up and running. When I was given the opportunity to test a similar from the Born Pretty Store, I thought it might be a good option. Because if my EP files are broken, it will be difficult to buy new ones.

I belong to those who unfortunately do not manage to file down the nails, I usually cut and file down the edges after that. My first encounter with this glass file was after cutting down the nails and at first I was not satisfied at all. It felt like the surface was a bit numb in some way. Too rough but still not working well at all. However, I thought I had to give it some more chances and the fact is that when this had been used for a couple of times the surface has become pretty good and is neither to rough or weak. In summary, I can probably say that it's a completely ok file, but not a favorite. You can find this file here.

Easter Chicken!

Men vad hände nu då! Snön fullkomligt vräker ner utanför fönstret. Jag hade ju faktiskt börjat få lite vårkänslor, men dom försvann igen. Här händer inte mycket idag. Försöker gå in mina skor igen, övar engelska och ja det var väl typ allt det.

Idag är det dags för årets variant av påskkycklingar eller det är faktiskt väldigt likt tidigare års varianter, men jag gillar de här små kycklingarna och jag vet med säkerhet att jag klarar av att göra dem så därför blir det en favorit i repris.

Jag har använt mig av nail vinyls, Masura Ticket To The Summer, Zoya Purity och lite svart och orange lack också.

I can't believe this is happening! The snow completely winks down outside my window. I actually started to get some spring feelings, but they disappeared again. I have not much happening today. Trying out new shoes again, practice English and yes, that's all folks!

Today it's time for this year's variation of Easter chickens or it's actually very similar to previous years variants, but I like these little chickens and know that I'm able to do these so that's why I've done them again.

I have used nail vinyls, Masura Ticket To The Summer, Zoya Purity and some black and orange paint as well.

Black and Copper!

Då var det måndag igen och åter dags för mig att besöka sjukgymnasten. Måste öva en del på en muntlig uppgift också som jag ska redovisa på onsdag. Annars händer inte mycket faktiskt. Jag har dock lite svårt att fatta att jag bara har två veckor kvar av min kurs och att det redan är påsk. 

När jag visade Nine Zero Lacquer Igneo Pebblit i lördags så fick jag en kommentar att det skulle passa utmärkt som accentnagel så självklart var  jag ju tvungen att testa detta. Eller det fick sitta kvar på två naglar. Resterande målades svarta. På en av de svarta och på de kvarvarande med Igneo Pebblit stämplade jag ett mönster från Über Chic 4-02 och för att göra det hela lite roligt så blev det en gradient på en av de svarta naglarna. 

Ibland undrar jag varför jag inte gör den här typen av manikyrer oftare, för jag tycker de är roliga att göra och snygga att titta på. För visst blev det bra!

It's Monday again and once again time for me to visit the physiotherapist. I must practice some on my spoken assignment I will report on Wednesday. Otherwise, there is'nt much happening. However, I find it hard to believe that I only have two weeks left of my course and that it is already Easter.

When I showed Nine Zero Lacquer Igneo Pebblit last Saturday, I got a comment that it would be great as an accent nail, so of course I had to test this. Or I actually left it for two accent nails. The remaining was painted black. On one of the black and the remaining with Igneo Pebblit I stamped a pattern from Über Chic 4-02 and to make it all a little bit more fun, it became a gradient on the last black nail.

Sometimes I wonder why I don't do these types of manicures more often, because I think they are fun to do and they look nice. Don't you think it turned out nice!
