Purrfect Pawlish - Warm And Cosy

Det här är för mig det perfekta jullacket, underbart härligt rött med microflakies i rött/guld som ger det en alldeles underbar lyster.

Lacket är Warm And Cosy från Purffect Pawlishs Holiday 2015 kollektion som släpps den 20/11. Ett lite mörkare rött lack som jag blev alldeles kär i redan när jag fick flaskan i handen.

Två lager räcker och det torkar fort. På bilderna har jag topplack på vilket jag rekommenderar då det lyfter fram skimret lite extra i lacket.

Om ni redan har förstått det så är jag väldigt förtjust i det här lacket. Och ja, jag satt och funderade på hur man skulle kunna göra julmanikyrer med det här. Förutom med att bära det på egen hand vilket ju givetvis är ett alldeles strålande alternativ.

This is for me a perfect Christmas polish wonderfully beautiful red with microflakies in red / gold which gives it a very lovely glow.

The polish is Warm and cozy from Purffect Pawlishs Holiday 2015 collection, which will be released the 20th of November. A little darker red polish that I fell in love with the moment I got the bottle in my hands. 

Two layers is enough and it dries quickly. In the pictures I have topcoat on which I recommend as it brings out the shimmer a little extra in the polish.

If you haven't already understood it I will tell you again, I'm very fond of this polish. And yes, I sat and thought about how to make Christmas manicures with it. Besides wearing it on it's own which of course obviously is a very brilliant alternative.

The Nail Challenge Collaborative presents: Monochrome #3

Som ni vet är temat monochromt i The Nail Challenge Collaborative och den här manikyren blev nästan på gränsen till för monochrome, men jag tyckte den blev så vacker jag så jag tänker visa den ändå för er.

Basen är Purrfect Pawlish Ice and Snow som jag stämplat med mönster från  MoYou London Festive 02 och MoYou London Silver Dust.

Snöflingorna syntes nog lite mer i verkligheten än vad dom gör på mina bilder och som sagt jag tycker att det här blev en så fint vintrig manikyr att jag ville visa er den fastän det kanske är lite svårt att uppfatta hur det ser ut.

As you know we have monochrome as this month's theme in The Nail Challenge Collaborative and this manicure was almost on the verge of being to monochrome, but I thought it was so beautiful that I still wanted to show it to you. 

The base is Purrfect Pawlish Ice and Snow that I stamped with designs from MoYou London Festive 02 and MoYou London Silver Dust.

The snowflakes does show a bit more in reality than on the photos and as I said I think this was such a nice wintry manicure so I wanted to show it to you even though it might be somewhat difficult to understand how it looks for real.

Winter Nail Art Challenge

Nu är det dags att börja förbereda för årets Winter Nail Art Challenge. I år kommer vi att ha två teman per vecka på måndagar och torsdagar under December. Man deltar i så många man själv vill och känner man har tid för. Tanken är ju att det här ska vara kul och inte stressande.

Purrfect Pawlish - Snow And Ice

Lack nummer två från Holiday 2015 kollektionen som Purrfect Pawlish släpper den 20 November är Snow And Ice.

Enligt Marias beskrivning så är det ett lack med olika stora flakes som är pläterade med silver i en skimmrande silvervit bas.

Ja, det stämmer ju, men jag känner lite som med Sparkle Of Joy att det låter enkelt för ett lack som inte alls är simpelt på något sätt.

Eller jo det är det ju för det är riktigt enkelt att måla med. Jag har tre lager och topplack på bilderna. Torktiden var bra.

Jag tycker det här är ett riktigt intressant lack. Inte alls likt något annat jag har i min samling och ett lack som har ett namn som är väldigt passande för jag kan absolut relatera till både snö och is när jag tittar på det.

Polish number two from the Holiday 2015 collection by Purrfect Pawlish that will be released November 20th  is Snow And Ice. 

According to Maria's description, this is a polish with different sized flakes, which are plated with silver in a shimmering silverwhite base.

Yes, it's true of course, but I feel a bit like I did with Sparkle Of Joy that it sounds a bit to plain for a polish that is really not plain by any means.

Or yes it is because it's really easy to paint with. I have three coats and top coat in the pictures. The drying time was good.

I think this is a really interesting polish. Very unlike anything else I have in my collection and a polish that has a name that is very fitting because I can certainly relate to both snow and ice when I look at it.

Readers's Choice - Purrfect Pawilsh We're All Mad Here

Då vaknar man återigen upp till en värld i sorg och skräck, man undrar ju vart allt det här ska sluta och när nästa terrordåd kommer inträffa, för tyvärr tror jag inte vi har sett slutet på det här än på länge.

Det kanske kan kännas löjligt att prata om nagellack en sån här dag, men det är ju faktiskt så att inget blir bättre för att man lägger ner sitt vardagsliv. Det vi kan göra är att tända ljus för offren och tänka på deras familjer. Så gör gärna det idag. Ta en stund i stillhet och eftertanke. Det behöver vi allihopa.

Det blir visst en del Purrfect Pawlish dom kommande dagarna eftersom lacket ni valde till denna veckas läsarnas val är ett från det märket och för att jag kommer visa resterande lack från julkollektionen innan den släpps 20/11.

Men det här är i alla fall We're All Mad Here ett lack som ska kunna användas på egen hand, men jag valde att lägga två lager över ett svart krämlack. För jag tycker ändå att det känns mer som ett effektlack som gör sig bäst på det viset.

Det här består av flakies i rosa, lila, guld och grönt. Det var väldigt smidigt att jobba med och torkade fort.

Alltså det här är snyggt, riktigt supersnyggt måste jag säga, men tyvärr svårt att fånga skönheten på bild. Det finns mycket snygga flakieslack på marknaden just nu, men det jag tycker gör det här så fint är att det är microflakies. Det ser inte så klumpigt ut som jag tycker en del andra gör.

And once again we are waking up to a world of grief and horror, one has to wonder where all this will end and when the next terrorist attack will occur, because unfortunately I don't think we've seen the end of this yet. 

It might seem ridiculous to talk about nail polish a day like this, but it's a fact that nothing will be better by shutting down your everyday life. What we can do is to light candles for the victims and to think about their families. So, please do so today. Take a moment of silence and reflection. We all benefit from that. 

There will be a lot of Purrfect Pawlish the next few days because the polish you chose for this week's Reader's Choice is one from that brand and I will also show the remaining polishes from the Holiday 2015 collection this week. 

But this is in all cases We're All Mad Here a polish that can be used on its own, but I chose to add two layers over a black cream. For I still think it feels more like an effect polish.

This consists of flakies in pink, purple, gold and green. It was very easy to work with and dried quickly.

So this is neat, really super nice, I must say, but unfortunately hard to capture the beauty of it in picutures. There are very good-looking flakies on the market right now, but what I think makes this so good is that it is microflakies. It does not look so clumsy that I think some others do.
