Fairy-Flowers!

Appeal4 Fairy-tale var allt för lockande att lägga ett mönster över för att låta bli.

Jag har använt ett mönster från MoYou London Pro 06 och stämplat med China Glaze Emotion.

Själv tycker jag att det här blev en mycket lyckad kombo, både färg och mönstermässigt.

 

Appeal4 Fairy-tale was all too tempting to put a pattern over so I couldn't help myself. 

I have used a pattern from MoYou London Pro 06 and stamped with China Glaze Emotion.

Personally, I think this was a very successful combo, both color and pattern wise.

China Glaze - My Way Or The Highway

Om man inte visat lacken man köpte ur vårkollektionerna är det kanske på tiden nu. Idag blir det China Glaze My Way Or The Highway ur deras Road Trip kollektion. Det här var det enda lacket som jag köpte från den faktiskt.

Det här beskrivs som turkost och det kanske man kan säga även om jag kanske tycker det är i grönaste laget för det. Formulan var lite knepig. Liksom lite rinnig på något sätt och ändå blev det bäst om man tog lite tjockare lager. Fast just det här har vi varit med om på China Glaze lack förut.

Täckte bra gjorde det i alla fall och på bilderna har jag två lager utan topplack, så ni ser att det är en himla fin glans i lacket precis som det är.

Jag gillar det här. Färgen är fin och vilsam och ett snyggt krämlack tycker jag är något av det bästa som finns faktiskt. Kanske för att jag alltid får massa nailart idéer.

 

If you haven't shown the polishes from the spring collections by now maybe it's time to do that. Today, it's China Glaze My Way Or The Highway from their Road Trip collection. This was the only polish I bought from it in fact.

This is described as turquoise and perhaps one can say that even though I may think it's a bit too green for that. The formula was a bit tricky. Like a little runny in some way and yet it was best if you took thicker layers. But we have seen that before in China Glazes polishes right?.

It covers relly nice anyway I only needed two layers and that is what I have in the pictures and no topcoat. So you see that it is a really nice finish in this polish. 

I like this. The color is nice and restful and I always likes nice cremes one of my favorite finishes actually. Maybe because I always get lot of nail art ideas.

Reader's Choice - Sealore Beluga Blizzard

Lördag och vi ska äntligen få gå och titta på I Love Musicals. Biljetterna köptes tidigt i våras. Först äta en god bit mat och sen njuta av skönsång och detta tillsammans med finaste grannarna.

Men nu till dagens lack som självklart är ett som ni mina läsare har valt för det är ju som sagt lördag och läsarnas val. Lacket som vann förra veckans omröstning är Sealore Beluga Blizzard ett lack som jag fick i en Secret Santa Bag och som också är det enda jag har ifrån Sealore.

Jag är faktiskt lite kluven till det här lacket som består av en klar bas med microglitter i olika nyanser av vitt upp mot beige. Jag har inte testat att använda det på egen hand även om det förmodligen går. Istället har jag lagt två lager över ett vitt krämlack. Det var inga som helst problem med appliceringen utan glittret spred sig lätt på nageln och torktiden var också riktigt bra. På bilderna har jag topplack på.

Nä, det jag inte kan bestämma mig för är om jag tycker om det här eller inte. På ett sätt gör jag det för det ser faktiskt ut som snö på naglarna även om mina bilder kanske inte är de allra bästa på att visa detta. Och jag har till slut vant mig och kan tycka att vita lack är riktigt fina ensamt på naglarna, men det här blir en lite pärlemoraktig effekt av som jag kanske inte kommer helt överens med.

Så ja, det är fint, men kanske inte något jag kommer använda på egen hand igen. Däremot kan jag ju se det här som grund till nail arts och till vintermanikyrer utan minsta problem.

Nu till dagens omröstning med lack som av slump bara blev sådana som jag fått av mina vänner i födelsedagsgruppen!

Saturday and tonight we will go to a show called I Love Musicals with two of Swedens best singers at least in my opinion. But before that we will go to a restaurant and eat great food with our lovely neighbours. So I'm looking forward to this evening.

But now to today's polish which obviously is one you my readers have chosen because after all it is Saturday and that does mean Reader's Choice.

The polish that won last week's vote is Sealore Beluga Blizzard a polish that I got in a Secret Santa bag and also is the only one I have from Sealore.

I'm actually a little ambivalent to this polish which consists of a clear base with micro glitter in shades of white up against beige. I decided to not use it on it's own but instead I did two layers over a white base, but I do think it's possible to use it on it's own to. There was no problem with the application the glitter spread out easily on the nail and the drying time was also really good.In the pictures I have topcoat on as well. 

I can't decide if I like this or not. In a way I do because it actually looks like snow on the nails even though my pictures might not be the best at showing this. And I've finally gotten used to have white nails without any nail art. But this has a little pearly effect of which I may not entirely agree with.

So yes, it's nice, but maybe not something I will use on it's own again. However, I can see this as the basis for Nail Arts and winter manicures without the slightest problem.

Now on to today's poll with three polishes that I got from my friends in the Birthday group I'm a part of. 

Appeal4 - Fairy-tale

Dags att visa ett lack från Appeal4s höst kollektion Back to Copenhagen. Det här är Fairy-tale ett grålila lack med ett vackert skimmer.

Ett alldeles perfekt höstlack i mina ögon. Det var dessutom trevligt att måla med och täcker på två lager. På bilderna ser ni det med topplack på.

Det här är absolut en färg som tilltalar mig. Den är mörk men ändå inte svärtad och är snygg både på korta och längre naglar. Jag är rätt glad att jag har några till ur den här kollektionen att testa.

Time to show a polish from Appeal4s fall collection Back to Copenhagen. This is  Fairy-tale a grey/purple polish with a beautiful shimmer.

An absolutely perfect autumn color in my eyes. Moreover it was pleasant to paint with and covers in two layers. In the pictures you can see it with topcoat on.

This is definitely a color that appeals to me. It is dark but not blackened, and is looking great at both short and long nails. I'm pretty happy that I have some more polishes from this collection to try.

Laval - Ultra Violet

Dags att visa upp ett lack som jag bytte mig till för flera år sedan och som stått och väntat tills dess. Märket heter Laval och vad jag förstår så verkar det vara ett Engelskt ett. Jag tror inte jag sett något annat än det här lacket av det i alla fall.

Färgen heter Ultra Violet. Och visst är det violet alltid en ganska trevlig lila färg måste jag nog säga med lite skimmer i. Däremot var lacket inte någon höjdare att lacka med. Hade nog behövt lite thinner i sig för det var rejält tjockt och med en något lite spretig pensel.

Men som sagt den här lila färgen var ju ändå riktigt fin och på bilderna har jag två lager med topplack på.

Är det någon annan som känner till det här märket?

 

Time to show you a polish that I got in a swap several years ago and then has been standing unused until now. The brand is named Laval and what I understand, it seems to be an English one. I don't think I've seen anything from this brand execpt this polish actually. 

The color is called Ultra Violet. And it sure is violet. A pretty violet  I must say with a bit of shimmer. But to be honest this wasn't that fun to work with. I should probably had used some thinner because it was considerably thick and with a brush that wasn't all that good. 

But as I said this purple color was still really nice and in the pictures I have two layers and topcoat on.

Is there anyone who knows anything about this brand?
