Lacky Corner's Favorite Week - Darling Diva Polish Little Red Corvette

En sak som jag insåg när jag satt och klurade på vilka lack jag ville ha med på den här favoritveckan är att det blir bra mycket mer spridning på märken som är med än förra året. Jag kan ju utan att avslöja allt för mycket konstatera att det inte finns två lack av samma märke med i år. Sen förra året har min samling av Indie lack ökat lavinartat och sen Edgy Polish öppnade har jag testat mycket nya märken vilket alltid är roligt.

Idag tänker jag visa ett lack från Indiemärket Darling Diva Polish vilket var det första märket som jag köpte Indielack ifrån.

Det jag köpte var A Christmas Story och det hade mycket väl kunnat vara det lacket jag hade visat här idag, men efter det hade ju kommit en uppsjö snyggingar till från Darling Diva och det här är Little Red Corvette.

Ett galet vackert glitterlack som består mest av rött glitter, jag hittar lite prismatiskt  och ta mig tusan om det inte finns lite rosaaktiga små glitterbomber i det också.

Förra gången jag visade det här så var det på egen hand, men efter inspiration från Emma som bloggar ihop med Sminkan så la jag det över svarta Rainbow Honey NYX. Ett lager tyckte jag räckte och sen ett lager Digital Flash.

Alltså jag kan inte annat än att älska den här manikyren. Dessutom är det underbar formula på Little Red Corvette, vilket det oftast är på Darling Divas lack.

One thing I realized when I sat down and figured out which polishes that I wanted in on this favorite week is that there will be a lot more spread on brands then it was last year. I can without revealing too much say that there are not two polishes from the same brand this year. Since last year, my collection of Indie polishes has increased so much moore than the "regular" brands has and the opening of Edgy Polish has had a lot to do with that. To try new brands are always a joy to me. 

Today I will show you a polish from Indie label Darling Diva Polish which was the first brand that I bought Indie polish from.

What I bought was A Christmas Story and that could very well been the polish I had shown here today, but after that came out there has come plenty of hotties from Darling Diva and this is Little Red Corvette.

A crazy beautiful glitter polish that consists mostly of red glitter, I find little prismatic and I'll be damned I think there is some pinkish small glitter bombs in it too.

Last time I showed it here it was on it's own, but after inspiration from Emma who blogs together with Sminkan I put it over black Rainbow Honey NYX. One layer was enough and then a layer of Digital Flash.

I can't help but to love this manicure. Also, it's wonderful formula on Little Red Corvette, which it usually is on the Darling Diva polishes.

Lacky Corner's Favorite Week! - Chanel Taboo

Hur skulle jag kunna ha en favoritvecka utan det här lacket? Jag pratar om Chanel Taboo, kanske det mest hypade lacket förra året, men det är ju bara så vansinnigt vackert. Jo, jag har definitivt bestämt mig för att det var värt pengarna.

Ett härligt vampigt mörklila med blått skimmer i. Mina bilder gör det inte på långa vägar rättvisa, men det är en svår liten rackare att få att visa sitt rätta jag. Dock betyder inte det att jag tänker sluta försöka.

Ibland får man dessutom vad man betalar för. Det är en otroligt bra formula på det här och penseln är mycket trevlig. Två lager räcker för att täcka ordentligt. Och som vanligt har jag Digital Flash över.

Äger ni det här heller har ni hittat något som skulle kunna vara en dupe? Själv har jag inte hört talas om någon exakt kopia än i alla fall.

How could I have a favorite week without this polish? I'm talking about Chanel Taboo, perhaps the most hyped polish last year, but it's just so insanely beautiful. Well, I've definitely decided that it was worth the money. 

A beautiful vampy dark purple with blue shimmer in. My photos don't do it justice by a long shot, but it's a tough little rascal to get to show their true colors. However, this does not mean that I'm going to stop trying. 

Sometimes you get what you pay for. And this is one of those things because it's an incredibly good formula on this and the brush is very nice. Two coats are sufficient to cover properly. And as usual, I have Digital Flash over. 

Do you own this or have you found something that could be a dupe? I have not heard of any exact copy yet anyway.

Lacky Corner's Favorite Week - HM Blue My Mind

Då har det blivit dags för en vecka av mina favoriter! Jag hade en likande vecka förra året och då var det de här lacken som visades: China Glaze Agro, Riveting och I'm With The Lifeguard. Orly Fresh, Ozotic 513 och Zoya Charla. Ja och så en nailart också förstås. Jag kan konstatera att flera av dom lacken hade jag nog kunnat tagit med i år också, men har man en samling på över 500 lack så kan jag garantera att man inte behöver visa samma favoriter igen.

Det första lacket ut är ett som jag alldeles har för mig att jag hittade i en fyndkorg på HM och oj vilket fynd det här var. Ett så härligt klarblått lack som HM Blue My Mind är har jag svårt för att inte tycka om. Dessutom tycker jag det är kul att jag börjar min favoritvecka med ett svenskt lack.

Det här är inte bara ett billigt lack, som jag dessvärre tror inte säljs längre utan även ett riktigt bra lack. Två lager som är lättmålade är vad som behövs. Och ja självklart så var det ju det här som var basen till min nailart som ni såg igår.

Över det hela har jag ett lager med Digital Flash.

It's time for a week full of my favorite polishes! I had a similar week last year and then it was these polishes that I choosed to show: China Glaze Agro, Riveting and I'm With The Lifeguard. Orly Fresh, Ozotic 513 and Zoya Charla. Yes and a nailart too, of course. I realise that there are several of those that could have been shown this year as well, but in a collection of over 500 polishes I can guarantee you that you don't need to show the same favorites again.

The first polish out is one that I kind of remember that I found in a bargain basket on HM and oh what a find this was. Such a beautiful clear blue polish as HM Blue My Mind is I find really hard not to love. I also think it's great that I start my favorite week with a Swedish brand.

This is not just a cheap polish, which I unfortunately think is not sold anymore but also a really good polish. Two layers that are easily painted is what is needed. And yes of course it was this that was the base of my nailart you saw yesterday.

And over it all, I have a stock of Digital Flash.

Nailart Sunday - Flowers

Den här manikyren får mig helt klart att tänka på midsommar. Det blev liksom lite prästkragelikt tycker jag. Och en svensk härligt blå himmel.

Ganska gullig är mitt omdöme och absolut passande för denna veckas Nailart Sunday som inte har något speciellt tema.

Lacket som är basen får ni läsa om imorgon. Blommorna är gjorda på allra enklaste sätt. Fyra vita prickar med ett dottingtool och en gul prick i mitten. Bladen är gjorda med en rak pensel.

Färgerna som använts till blommorna är: Zoya Purity, Zoya Dreamy och Nubar Reclaim.

This manicure makes me think of Swedish Midsummer. I think they looks like Daisys. And a Swedish blue sky as well.

I thinkt it looks kind of cute and works great for this weeks Nailart Sunday that has no specific theme. 

The polish that I've used as a base is a polish you get to read more about tomorrow. The flowers are made in the easiest possible way. Four white dots made with the help of a dottingtool and a yellow dot in the middle. The leaf is made with the help of a flat brush.

The polishes that I used for the flowers are: Zoya Purity, Zoya Dreamy and Nubar Reclaim. 

Läsarnas Val / Reader's Choice - Ludurana Aurora Boreal Show

Att säga att man kanske inte är helt överförtjust i ett så galet vackert lack som Ludurana Aurora Boreal Show är verkar nästan galet.

Faktum är att jag trodde det här skulle vinna överlägset i förra veckans omröstning, men det skilde inte så värst mycket till Zoya Mason.

Vad är det som jag inte gillar med det här? Första försöket till att måla slutade med att jag tog av det och la det över svart. Fint, jajamen, men helt omöjligt att fånga skiftningarna som jag ville på foto och dessutom så syntes inte alla färger lika tydligt. Så det här är tredje gången gillt.

Ja, det är helt galet mycket skiftningar i det. Jag kan ju inte på något sätt säga att det inte är vackert, men formulan. Tunn och rinnig och dessutom bubblar det sig. Man måste vara väldigt petig med att få första lagret jämt annars är det kört. På bilderna har jag fyra lager och det behövdes tyckte jag. Här hade det inte hunnit bubbla sig heller det kom efter en stund.

Det är lite som med Essie Trophy Wife när Show kom så fanns det inte så otroligt mycket multichroma lack som det gör nu. För att ta exemple så har ju både Dance Legend och ILNP väldigt likande lack som det här som jag dessutom misstänker är bättre formula på.

To say that you're not totally crazy about such a beautiful polish as Ludurana Aurora Boreal Show might almost sound crazy.

In fact, I thought this would win by far in last week's vote, but it did not differ all that much to Zoya Mason.

What is it that I don't like about this? Well, the first attempt at painting with it ended with me taking it off and redo it over black. Nicely, Oh yes, but totally impossible to capture the shifts that I wanted on photo and moreover all the colors that actually are in this polish wasn't that clear over black. So this is my third version.

Yes, there are crazy colorshifings in it. I can't in any way say that it isn't beautiful, but the formula. Thin and runny and moreover it bubbles up. One must be very carefull when painting the first layer. Make sure that it's very even otherwise the rest wont look even either. In the pictures I have four layers and it was needed, I thought. It had not had time to bubble up when I took the pictures but it did shortly after. 

It's a bit like with Essie Trophy Wife. When Show came there was not so much multichrome polish out in the market as it is now.  For exemple there is both Dance Legend and ILNP that have very similar polishes to this that I additionally believe is better formula on.
