Those of you who followed me for a while know that I love to reuse the polish that are already sitting on the nails. Like putting on a layeringpolish or do som nailart.
In this post, I obviously could not help but try to put a little stamping on Nfu Oh 65 I want by the way, start by saying how incredibly good this polish is. I have Essie's Ridge filler as a basecoat and Seche over. Normally Seche dosen't work so good on me I will usually get tip wear, and sometimes it chips of in only a day or two. But together with Nfu Oh it works like concrete! I painted this on Thursday morning. Today Saturday it looks just as good.
Well anyway, I think that this polish is a real star in my collection and I wanted that to show on the nails as well :)
I am using mash plate no: 36 and white Konad special polish. I always use acetone to clean the plates and stamps. Regular nail polish remover will not work. It will coat the plates and you do not get the patterns to follow as you want. Sometimes I'll try stamping with ordinary varnish, some of them works great, but most are not enough opact.
Well, here is the result anyway. The stars do not sit symmetrically and that is consciously made.
