Essie - #essielove

Ännu en dag i frihetens tecken! Har inte gjort mycket vettigt, men tränat knät i alla fall och köpt mer fågelmat, för den går åt som bara den just nu. Tyvärr så har det regnat här idag och mycket av den fina snön är redan borta. Jag hade verkligen önskat att den skulle få ligga kvar och lysa upp tillvaron lite grann, men inte.

För ett tag sedan dök det ner ett alldeles ljuvligt paket hos mig med Essies Valentine's Day kollection. Jag har väntat lite med att använda något av lacken, ville att naglarna skulle vuxit lite i alla fall och nu kunde jag inte låta bli. Kollektionen består av tre vanliga lack och tre glittertoppers. Jag hade som vanligt svårt att hålla händerna ifrån det klassiska röda skimmerlacket. Det har fått namnet #essielove och kanske är något ljusare i tonen än de riktigt klassiska röda lacken. Riktigt fint att måla med och jag tyckte att två lager räckte gott.

Jag hade nog önskat mig en något lite mörkare nyans, men det här är fint. Väldigt fint precis som det är och så bra att måla med så jag tror att många kommer vara väldigt nöjda med det här. Plus att det är en otroligt söt flaska också.

Another day in the sign of freedom! I haven't really done anything serious today. Or that's not really the truth because I've been to the gym, and bought some more birdseeds, because those poor little bird can't find much outdoors right now. Unfortunately, it has rained here today and much of the beautiful snow is already gone. I had really wished that it would stay and light up the nature a bit, but no.

A while ago, a very nice package arrived at my house with Essie's Valentine's Day collection. I have been waiting a bit to use some of the polishes, I wanted the nails to grow a little at first. But now I couldn't help myself. The collection consists of three regular polishes and three glittertoppers. As usual, I had difficulty keeping my hands away from the classic red shimmer. It has been named #essielove and perhaps is slightly brighter in tone than the really classic red polish. Really nice to paint with and I thought two layers were good enough.

I would have liked a slightly darker shade, but this is really nice. A beautiful color and so good to work with so I think many will be very happy with this. Plus it's an incredibly sweet bottle as well.
